VDI Session Timeout

Thank s for your comment. Sorry for late response. 

As you have commented that it happens for single VM only. Please cross check the setting related to that particular VM and see whether you have any setting applies over it. Apart if the same VM is used for the particular user then check whether user has not assigned some session disconnecting permission due to which he is facing that issue.

To add RD Gateway to your VDI deployment, open RDMS and click the Remote Desktop Services section.  In the Deployment Overview pane click the RD Gateway symbol (a green plus sign). This will start the Add RD Gateway Servers wizard. Choose a server from the server pool to which to add RD Gateway and click Next.
