What’s your Server OS version in your environment?
ON RDCB there is no such kind of setting but whether you have installed RD Gateway in your network. If you have deployed the RD Gateway then please check there is setting available for session timeout. When you have created RD CAP through RD Gateway Manager there is setting available on Timeouts Tab, where you can specify the setting. Please go through that setting with below listed article and check the result.
Create an RD CAP (Point 12)

In addition you can also configure Keep-alives setting. For that you can refer beneath article.
